I think that these images by Chaskielberg are really interesting, they are highly contructed and dont look very realistic. I watched a breif video clip about his work and learned that all the people in his images are people that he has met whilst travelling around. He meets people on his trips and gets to know them, he then photographs them and creates a stages fantasy-esque image. He shoots all of these images using moonlight, he says that the moonlight is very important in his images to get the desired effect. The moonlight allows him to create a 'magic-moment'.Personally i find these images really interesting however i am not sure if it is an aesthetic i would be interested in using within my work. The image do create almost a fantasy land however i think that some of the images are very sinister looking.
